Chocolate Croissant

Fluffy croissants with dark chocolate filling for an even sweeter breakfast.

Execution:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C with fan).
  • Open the package by twisting the box until you hear the POP sound.
  • Unroll the dough and divide it into pieces.
  • Place a chocolate bar at each end of the dough. Roll both ends inward to join in the middle of the croissant and place “joint” side down on a baking pan lined with non-stick paper.
  • Place the baking pan in the middle position of the oven and bake for 10- 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Tip: for better color, brush the croissants with milk or egg before baking.
