POP BAKERY crepes with wild mushroom filling, crispy halloumi cheese, arugula and chili flakes.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<strong>You will need: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Pop Bakery Crepes<\/li>\n<li>2 packs of halloumi<\/li>\n<li>500g forest mushrooms<\/li>\n<li>500ml of heavy cream<\/li>\n<li>4 French red onions<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves of garlic<\/li>\n<li>3-4 tablespoons of soy sauce<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon of cornflour<\/li>\n<li>salt and pepper<\/li>\n<li>Olive oil<\/li>\n<li>65 g arugula<\/li>\n<li>Chilli flakes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<strong>Preparation: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cut the halloumi cheese into thin slices and bake in oil until golden brown.<\/p>\n<p>Slice the mushrooms and mince the onion.<\/p>\n<p>Cook them until soft.<\/p>\n<p>Grate the garlic and add it to the pan along with the mushrooms.<\/p>\n<p>Add the cream, soy and balsamic vinegar and simmer for a few minutes until the moisture levels are reduced.<\/p>\n<p>Stir the cornflour into some water and add it to the filling.
