Crepes with chocolate, strawberries, biscuit and whipped cream

You will need:

  • 1 Pop Bakery Crepes
  • Couverture chocolate
  • Strawberries
  • Crumbed biscuit

Preparation:

In a bowl, pour the cream and beat until frothy.

Cut the strawberries into slices and melt the couverture in a bain-marie.

In a frying pan or in the microwave, heat the crepes.

Spread the melted couverture, strawberries and sprinkle with biscuits.

Serve with whipped cream and a little more chocolate.
