Pizza with prosciutto and mozzarella

Delicious mozzarella prosciutto pizza with Pop Bakery Pizza dough. Unroll the dough and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top with Pop Bakery Tomato Sauce. Add the ingredients, plenty of arugula and a drizzle of olive oil.

You will need:

  • 1 Pop Bakery pizza dough.
  • 4-5 tablespoons Pop Bakery Tomato Sauce
  • 125 g mozzarella
  • A handful of spinach
  • 80 g prosciutto
  • A handful of arugulas
  • Olive oil

Preparation:

Spread the tomato sauce, mozzarella, and spinach on the dough.

Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.

Top with prosciutto, arugula, and olive oil.

If you prefer, you can bake again for another 5 minutes.
