Omelette croissant with omelette
Delicious POP Bakery croissant with omelette, for a strong breakfast or a delicious dinner, will become your favorite recipe.
You will need:
- 6 slices of bacon
- 1 package of large croissants
- 4 medium eggs
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- 15 g of butter
- 75g cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
Preparation:
Place the croissants on the non-stick paper according to the instructions and the bacon on a shallow baking tray.
Bake the croissants in the oven with the bacon for 15 minutes or until the croissants are golden brown.
Remove the croissants from the oven and continue to cook the bacon until crispy. Allow the croissants to cool while the bacon continues to cook.
Whisk together the eggs and milk in a bowl. Add salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring with a wooden spatula.
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the cheese and parsley.
Cut each hot croissant in half horizontally and stuff with the filling and a slice of bacon.
